After my friends suggestion (a "Allgauer" famous German recipe)

German Cheese noodles (Kaesespaetzle) 4 people
- 4 cups of flour
- a little bit of oil
- 1 cup of water or milk (which makes it a little tastier)
- 2 spoons of salt
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 pund cheese (swiss or emmentaler or mixed cheese) anything you like!!!
- 3 big onions roasted on top

You mix the flour, water or milk, oil, salt and eggs in a bowl. The best way is it to do it by hand. That will be the noodle dough. Then you have to find a noodel fad or a flat kitchen supply with holes in it or a german noodle fad. Then boil water and fad the noodles into the cooking water. If the foam comes up three times the noodles are don. Repeat this part until no more dough is left.
In between you grind the cheese or use already grindend cheese.
You put the noodles with the cheese in layers. At the end you can mix it up. Put it in a glas or Tuperware bowl to have it warm. You also can have it in the oven and have it heated until all the noodles are done.
In between you can roast the onions as topping for the "Kaesspaetzle".
"En gute (allgaeuerisch)" "Guten Appetit" "Bon Appetit"
