I am reading a book for my major class for extra credits. It is called "The Power of Choice" by Ted Willey. It seems really interesting. I wasn't looking forward to it. I thought, now even more to do with my busy schedule, but I need the extra credits. But, I really like the book so far. I read the first two chapters and I got caught into it. Stayed awake a little too long last night, just to read. Ted Willey is from Denver, Colorado, that makes it even better. I am looking forward to write a paper about it. That will be more pleasurable than school work, even though it is for school. That is how it should be all the time. Well, I like my major and I know I chose the right thin. By the way the Power of Choice. Everyone, have a great Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to a few relaxing days with my new family and friends. Love you all.

Busy, busy!!
The finals are around the corner and all I do is studying.
Some of you share probably the same experience right now.
Hold your head up and go through. Study hard and soon you will be able to rest again. That's what I tell myself each and every day. It helps for me. I have to finish my 12 page research paper. That will be a lot of work but also fun. Thank you everyone who helped me out with my Survey. The results are really helpful for the paper.
I got an really good overall view. I saw that some of my friends think like I do. That will help me for my overall result. But it was also good to have some other views, well I need that as well that's for sure. Therefore,
Thanks again everyone!!!

More about how Spirituality can change your life!
I am actually going to write a 12 page research paper on that issue. As soon as I have done all the research I will post some bits and parts of it. Maybe some astonishing facts. It is really interesting that metaphysics is also in relationship with that topic. I read that Albert Einstein and also Newton had already ideas about Spirituality and how to use it and explain it. I am going to write more when I have good information's about it. It is so an interesting topic for me.
Maybe the book from Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len Ph.D "Zero Limits would be something really nice to read!!
Have a great weekend!!

keeping up with school and some tips as well as Spirituality experience!!
It is not easy keeping up with school if you work a lot and take at least 12 credit hours. This semester I am taking 15 credit hours which seems OK, but it is lots of work. Well, even so because it just takes me some more hours to write a paper since my first language is not English. I like the challenge though.
I figured that when I study at least a little bit every other day (more likely get my homework done) and then focus on one or two day s at the weekend on school, it is possible to keep up and having good grades. My grades will be never perfect since I just don't have the time to study, but at least I can do my best and as long as I am happy with my grades I feel good and it gives me a push to keep on doing what I am doing. Furthermore I like to read about Spirituality and I read already several books about it. This helps me as well to stay on track. Although I really should read more of my lecture books from class. It is just one love and I can't help it.
I really like the books from
* "Joe Vitale" (they key, zero limits, attraction factor.....)
* Don Miguel Ruiz (the 4 Agreements, the fifth Agreement - he wrote with his son Don Jose)
just a few days ago I found a little brochure on Campus from Ryuho Okawa. I read this amazing story about a boy who got diabetes and almost dies. He went to a seminar and took classes from Ryuho Okawa and won his normal life back. Really astonishing!!! Now I am reading his book:
* Ryuho Okawa (The laws of the sun) I will let you know how it was.

After my friends suggestion (a "Allgauer" famous German recipe)
German Cheese noodles (Kaesespaetzle) 4 people
- 4 cups of flour
- a little bit of oil
- 1 cup of water or milk (which makes it a little tastier)
- 2 spoons of salt
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 pund cheese (swiss or emmentaler or mixed cheese) anything you like!!!
- 3 big onions roasted on top
You mix the flour, water or milk, oil, salt and eggs in a bowl. The best way is it to do it by hand. That will be the noodle dough. Then you have to find a noodel fad or a flat kitchen supply with holes in it or a german noodle fad. Then boil water and fad the noodles into the cooking water. If the foam comes up three times the noodles are don. Repeat this part until no more dough is left.
In between you grind the cheese or use already grindend cheese.
You put the noodles with the cheese in layers. At the end you can mix it up. Put it in a glas or Tuperware bowl to have it warm. You also can have it in the oven and have it heated until all the noodles are done.
In between you can roast the onions as topping for the "Kaesspaetzle".

A new invention
Since I am still trying to figure out the cake my grandma made as my boyfriend visited Germany, I created a new recipe. I thought I will try the Redwine cake "Rotweinkuchen". But since my boyfriend doesn't like redwine and we anyway didn't have an open bottle, I decided to change the recipe a little. There it is and it seems like all the people in my household like it.
Coke Cake: Cola Kuchen
2 cups flour 250 g Mehl
few drops concentrate vanille 1 Packchen Vanillin
2 tablespoons Coco ein bischen Kakao
1 cup whipped butter 200 g butter (aufschaumen)
4 eggs 4 Eier
1 tablespoon Baking Powder 1 Packchen Backpulver
1/2 cup coca cola (diet) 200 ml Coca Cola
1 cup sugar 150 g Zucker
cinnamon 1 teeloffel Zimt
First mix the butter with the sugar and then put the eggs, vanilla, coco, baking soda, coke, and cinnamon in. Afterwards use a spoon to mix the flour into the dough.
302 Fahrenheit for 50 to 60 minutes.
Use a rec-tangled high form to bake it. A form where you usually bake bread in it.
