Another German dish (really traditional from my region)

Allgauer Kaesspatzle ( homemade noodles with cheese) with pork and sauce
6 people

For the Spaetzle (noodles)
2.5 cups flour
4 to 5 eggs
some milk or water
a little bit of salt
package of yeast

Emmentaler, swiss cheese and any other good cheese you can find to mix into the spaetzle

Pork
put it in egg and then in bread crums
fry it in a pan

Sauce
dark brown meatsauce from Knorr

To get the Spaetzle right
Take a bigger pot and boil the water, put the mixed dough which should be smooth into the spaetzle grinder and grind it in the boiling water. The water has to come up two times, then the Spaetzle will be ready to put in a bowl. Now layer the spaetzle and the cheese as many time until no dough is left.
You can fry half an onion to put on the top of the Spaetzle.
A green salad goes very well with that dish.

The Spaetzle grinder (hobler should be available in a world Market.

Guten Appetit!!!
Hope I didn't forget anything, please let me know if I did.
