If anyone ever wonders if every day has to have something bad happening or can't be perfect. Well, that's what I always thought. It doesn't has to. My days are busy, but I also try to take some time for myself and it works. I feel better, calmer and i do have more energy and I am also more patient. My days go better after I take some time for myself. Even if it is just two hours of exercising. If I am honest that's my secret key. Doing any kind of exercise relaxes my brain and it also helps my body to relax afterwards. In addition, I also eat healthier. Try it and you will see it works. If you can do it and like it. Also try some meditation. There is nothing to learn. Just some calm music and your brain thoughts can realx and actually focus what is really important. That is you. Only you and your health.
